Cannot reinstall the app

I've deleted the app because of crash problems.
Now, when I try to download it again from the app store it appears
tris message: "unknown error".
What's the problem?

Hi Emiliano,

Has the problem been solved? I’ve never heard about this, and I suspect it has something to with the system and not directly Deep Green. If you haven’t been able to solve the problem, I suggest you try and restart your device to start with and possibly delete Deep Green and download it again.

Please let me know how it goes, and I’ll try to help you through the process.
