Dear Emmanuel,

I am using the GUI to clean the particles after the prediction. The tomogram is large and I always need to zoom in. When I went through the object list, I found it can't auto shift the selected obj in the center of window. So I needed to drag to find the particles which is quite tedious. Is there any quick way to do so?

Also, is that possible to make objects clickable in the label map, so we can click and remove the incorrect pariticles.

Thank you so much!

Best,

Huabin

Dear Huabin,

Thanks for your suggestions. There is indeed room for improvement for our annotation tool. I am sorry if the auto-shift is buggy, I noticed it as well. For now the objects are not clickable on the image, however you can click on the object list (on the left side) to delete objects. Clicking on the list should also auto-center to selected object.

Alternatively, if it is too tedious using DeepFinder's annotation tool, you could use following alternatives:
These tools have annotation functionalities and can output coordinates as text files. The conversion to DeepFinder format should be easy and I can assist you with that.

Best,
Emmanuel
