Maybe you can try to download modified drivers, but I've never tried this on nvidia and on windows 7 OS (only windows XP / ATI card with DHModTools). So I can't guarantee anything, and it's only your responsability (it's possible that you can't boot anymore, or just in "safe mode"). But if you have nothing important on your computer and know how to restore the factory configuration (or format the computer), go for it!
For question# 5- the video that was attached, the laptop was vista ultimate 32 bits (original OS), that's legacy based. But i am about to install another OS,-windows 7 professional ISO, which will be 64 bits based, This is the reason why I asked for the drivers at the begining, and F6 instruction. Please re-confirm.
I ve recently installed Windows 7 ultimate and am having trouble finding touchpad drivers for my vgn-fw31m, i was assuered that the vista drivers would work fine my microsoft staff but i havent found them.
The touchpad works sort of but i cant scroll with the side of it.
Its a genuie copy of windows too.
Any help much appericated.
the true news is that Sony hasn't released any update for Vaio's devices and told people to wait until Oct 2015 so the drivers will be completely updated, after that, Vaio's users can install windows 10 without facing any problem with it.
