Hello everyone and welcome to the deepfake detection reading group!

We will have our first meeting next Friday (2023-10-27) at 2 p.m.; you can use this link to add the meeting to your Google calendar and this will be the Google Meet link.

Eli will lead our first discussion. She will send the to read paper at the beginning of next week.

Other admin stuff:

• I've created a Github repository to keep track of the previously presented papers.
• We will have the meetings once every two weeks, on the odd-numbered weeks.
• The presentation will be informal: we can discuss directly on the selected paper, so there will be no need to prepare slides.

One quick clarification. If people had trouble connecting to the Meet call, note that he Google Meet link that was listed in this thread is now deprecated. Please find the correct Google Meet link in the Google calendar event.
