End-to-end KB construction

Hi, 

I'm wondering if there is a full tutorial for KB construction? There is no entity linking in the tutorial for extracting mentions of spouses (http://deepdive.stanford.edu/example-spouse). BTW, is there a pre-trained model included in DeepDive for end-to-end KB construction (probably with some prominent relations as described in the VLDB 2015 paper: http://i.stanford.edu/hazy/papers/inc.pdf)?
