Mason departments, organizations, individual faculty, staff and students, companies, recruiters, community organizations and all other individuals may post approved flyers in the designated locations within the Student Centers buildings (see table below).

After two weeks, ALL flyers are subject to removal by Student Centers staff in order to make room for new flyers if needed, regardless of content type and approval duration. This is to ensure that all users have fair access to the bulletin boards and have the opportunity and space to post their flyers. For example:

Student Centers staff will immediately remove any flyers posted in any areas other than the approved locations described in the table above, such as entry door windows, painted walls, stair rails, or floors.

The sponsor wishing to hang a flyer must print and distribute the copies on their own. Student Centers staff cannot print and/or hang up flyers on behalf of an individual or organization. Any costs incurred from printing copies is solely the responsibility of the sponsoring individual or organization.

No approval is needed to hand out flyers outside of Student Centers buildings (i.e. in North Plaza), but soliciting and/or distributing materials inside buildings is prohibited, unless the activity is taking place at a kiosk the individual or organization has reserved. Individuals cannot approach other students or patrons inside the buildings and distribute materials. They must use the proper flyer process and post their flyers in the designated locations, or distribute materials from a reserved kiosk space to patrons who approach the kiosk.

Off-campus organizations and individuals may post in designated posting areas on campus. These flyers may be up for a maximum of one (1) month and may only be displayed in pre-selected, high visibility campus locations. Every flyer posted by an off-campus organization or individual must be stamped by the Student Life and Leadership Office with a "Post Til" stamp.

Note: Any flyers found posted lacking the appropriate stamp or found posted in an unapproved location will be removed immediately. Individuals or organizations found posting in an unapproved location or without proper stamping will be considered in violation of the CSUF Posting Policy.

California State University, Fullerton registered student organizations and campus departments may post flyers, posters, and banners at approved campus locations.

Registered student organizations and campus departments must obtain a Post Til stamp from the Student Life & Leadership Office (SLL). Please remember:

This stamp will indicate to particular locations (ie., buildings, schools, etc.) that your organization can post in this area. In addition, this stamp will indicate the length of time this flyer/poster should remain posted in the designated area. Please remember, flyers/poster may be taken down before your "Post Til" date due to circumstances outside of our control.

Duke provides a publishing system, called DukeFlyer, for anyone with a NetID to submit flyers to digital signage displays across campus. Users can easily monitor when and where their flyers are displayed. DukeFlyer also allows digital signage display owners a way to easily manage their own flyers as well as flyers submitted by other departments and users.

Registration of all flyers must be completed with the Department of Student Involvement prior to posting on the academic podium. Podium bulletin boards have been color-coded and flyers will be registered for posting using this color-coding system. In order to insure the integrity of the review process, flyers should be submitted (two copies required) as follows:
