Deepa has a continuing education Medical Spanish class happening at the hot springs resort near the farm. The resort is wonderful and we got some great rates for the class, which we can share with you ( you do not have to take the class) 5 nights with food in the hot springs resort for 400 per person double occupancy. the nights are feb 21 to 25 with check out on the 25th. The resort is in Guayabo, about an hour from the beach -- and it is a great resort. hot pools, spa, water slide, great gardens, swim up bar, waterfalls, ( 25 dollar massages,...) A few people who are interested in the farm and community will be joining us to spend time on the property and explore the country.
It is also fiesta in Liberia feb 15 to 22, and that is an amazing thing. Guanacaste is world famous for its dancing horses, and the torros in Costa Rica are unlike any others. It is illegal to hurt the bulls! the bulls actually attack the people, hundreds of people running around in the ring with the bull. ( yep, its true, check costa rican torros on you tube)
We are working with a Santa Cruzan named Ron who now lives in Costa Rica and specializes in Costa "Rican mortgages. He has an interested person looking at the package now!
