Katy's Blue Cheese
& Pecan Vinaigrette

Yield: 1 cup
4 tb
Water
1/3 c Peanut oil
4 tb White wine vinegar
1/3 c Pecans
chopped
1/3 lb Blue cheese crumbled
Black pepper to
taste
Put all
ingredients into blender then blend until very smooth.
Cover then
refrigertae until ready to use.
Bring dressing to room temp prior to using
then whisk vigorously.
Serve over salads of all types also use as a tasty
spread for sandwiches.
