Jack's Jailhouse Chili

Yield: 6 servings
2 1/2 lb Coarse ground beef
3 ea Garlic cloves minced
2 c Onion chopped
3 ea Jalapeno peppers seeded & minced
1 ea Green Bell pepper seeded & chopped
11/2 tb Hungarian smoky hot paprika
3 tb Chili powder
3 tb Cumin ground
Salt & white pepper to taste
Brown meat then add all other ingredients.
Add 3-4 cups water then cook for 2-4 hrs.
Add 1 cup of beer then bring to a boil.
Reduce heat then cook for 45 mins.
Serve hot with corn bread.
