The Colonade's Cole

Yield: 6 servings
Cole Slaw:
6 c Cabbage
shredded
1 ea Carrot grated
4 tb Onion minced
Cole Slaw Dressing:
4 oz
White vinegar
3 oz Karo white corn syrup
Cole Slaw Dressing:
Bring
vinegar to a slow boil then stir in Karo corn syrup.
Stir until syrup is
dissolved.
Chill for 2-4 hrs.
Cole Slaw:
Put cabbage,
onion & carrot into a bowl.
Pour dressing over this then mix.
Serve
chilled.
