London Broil

2 lb
London Broil 1 1/4" thick
Marinade:
3 ea Garlic cloves
1 tb
Salt
1/2 c Dry red wine
1/4 c Balsamic vinegar
3 tb Soy sauce
1/3 c Teriyaki sauce
1 tb Honey
1 tS Black pepper
1 tB
Worcestershire sauce
Combine all marinade ingredients then stir to mix
well & to dissolve salt.
Cover meat
with marinade in a resealable plastic bag.
Seal bag being sure to press out
excess air.
Marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hrs.
Be sure to turn meat at
least once during this process.
Prepare your grill.
Remove meat from
marinade.
Grill 5" - 6" over coals until done to your liking.
Transfer
meat to cutting board then cover with foil.
Allow to stand for 10-15 mins.
before carving.
Cut diagonally across meat grain.
