Florida Grilled
Crawfish Tails

Crawfish tails*
1/3 c Olive oil
1/3 c Fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tb Fresh
dill chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c Butter
melted
*NOTE: Thes are called "lobster" tails but they come from the salt water crawfish, a large crustacean found in the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean & the Atlantic coastal areas of Florida.
Pre-heat
grill for med-high heat.
Splitt crawfish tails in 1/2 lengthwise to expose
flesh.
Combine all remaining ingredients except melted butter in a
bowl.
Brush this mixture onto flesh of lobster tails.
Put lobster tails
onto grill then cook for 5-7 mins.
Turn once during cooking
process.
Remove from heat then serve with melted butter.
