Bubba's
Cornbread Casserole

Yield: 1 casserole
1 ea 15 oz. can of whole
kernel corn + 1/2 of liquid
1 ea 4.5 oz. can of cream corn
1 c Sour cream
1 ea 8 oz. box cornbread mix
2 ea Eggs
1 c Cheddar cheese extra-sharp shredded
Pre-heat oven to 400
deg-F.
Grease 9" x 13" casserole
dish.
In a mixing bowl, add corn, liquid,
sour cream, eggs & cornbread mix.
Mix until combined well.
Pour this mixture into prepared
casserole.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake for 30 mins. until top is golden
brown.
remove from oven then serve.
