The were back again on the roof of our building between Virgil and Canton,
down by the Malcolm X end.

They were pulling copper wire again. Disabled one of the AC units up there.
The guy got away by shimmying down a pole. Black male. 5'8" or so. Kinda
stocky. Happened at about 1am.
The police had the helicopter circling around looking for the guy.
