Broken window season

Sure enough. Spring is here and the windows are breaking. I heard someone
doing a smash and grab out of my next door neighbor's car at 3:25am. Got his
PSP.

It was a small, wiry black man. I ran outside and saw him running off around
the far corner of Virgil St at Malcolm X towards Canton.

Unfortunately, he was off to the left of my camera and never walked past my
security system. I didn't get a picture of the prick. But he was on foot and
sirens are going crazy around here right now. I'm sure it's not all in
pursuit of the smash and grabber, but it's good to imagine that calling 911
will actually do something for a change other than generate paperwork.
