job rate too low compare to backup to cloud directly

backupexec 21 with opendedup running very low compare to directly to cloud, 

backup direct to cloud about 4.000+ MB /minute compare to backup to opendedup with cloud volumes only 400MB / minutes. that running in the same time in the same BE Server and same source from vcenter

environment:

Backupexec 21.2 rev1200

Running on hyperv on windows server 2016 with latest update

SDFS-3.6.0.13

Disk 2Tb (using ssd 512gb x 4, raid 0)

Local Cache using 1Tb

Backup to GCP standard storage

disk io should be fast enough,

is there any configuration can be tuning to increase performance job rate?
