Updates some packages now Deducer crashes?

I just added DeducerSpatial and also used update.packages(checkBuilt=TRUE).

Now GGPlot2 does not load and nothing is working in Deducer! Yikes.

Seems that the current R version is 2.15.2 but when Deducer was
installed fresh it only installed 2.15.0.

So puzzled.

I am still trying to figure this out myself. I have no idea how to upgrade my R / Deducer package to run with the 2.15.2 package. Some of most of my librarys are built in the new package, haven't had problems but would like to figure out a way to upgrade.

FYI after a careful re-read of Ina's Deducer site it was clear one could install the latest version of R 2.15.2
THEN with the information Ian has supplied DL and install Deducer and set the deafults and now for me all is workign SUper.

• Open R and enter:

install.packages(c("JGR","Deducer","DeducerExtras"))
library(JGR)
JGR()
