Issues with transparency when saving file in vector format

Hello Ian,

I did a correlation analysis using Deducer. When a graph is created with linear regression option checked in and subsequently saved as .EPS (attached, Test2), the shaded area with 95% confidence interval is gone when opened in illustrator. Although in the exported .pdf document (Test1), the shaded area and the open circles looks preserved, the open circles are lost when opened in illustrator (Test1 Copy). Any suggestions?
