The link for the all-in-one installer for Windows is dead

When I try to download http://neolab.stat.ucla.edu/cranstats/Deducer-R-2.15.0-win.exe I get a nice

Is there any alternative download for the all-in-one installer?

As a sidenote, I think it would be nice to have the installer available with the latest version of R.
