No Class Path Error

 Hi,

I am running windows 10 enterprise with updated R v3.5.1 64bit

I get the following error when after I load Deducer, open the JGR() gui and try to open data

 deducer('Open Data')
Error in .jcall("org/rosuda/deducer/Deducer", , "runCmd", "Open Data Set",  :
  java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/rosuda/util/Platform

I have attempted numerous searches to resolve this but am not having any success. Any direction for a novice user would be appreciated.
