Job: Creative Technologist for large, but start-up like project

We at IxDS are looking for a highly personable mobile developer to work
with us on a high impact/high pressure project. We will work on a multiplatform app for personal communication in a multidisciplinary team. Besides building a decent and welcoming user interface, we are expected to explore ways for a smooth OS integration and further interactive possibilities.
What we're looking for
You should be passionate about:
rapid prototyping and exploration of design and technology concepts
quickly picking up and exploring new technologies
UI and application development for mobile devices
experience with at least Android 2.3, 3, 4
working responsively and efficiently within project timelines
Additionally, you should be able to communicate fluently with:
colleagues designing and evaluating what you build
colleagues with various other technical backgrounds to discuss problem solutions
We welcome applications from no-degree-hackers, as long as you can showcase a profound understanding of technology.
