I has similar issue, i Thinbk you connected Nexus on the usb in, in the back of your keyboard. If yes connetc your keyboard to an usb 3.0 in. If you don't connect nexus on keyboard connet it to a 3.0 usb directly. The screen need some speed to work good.
This is my first time using mods as well as Vortex. I am trying to install some mods to Blade and Sorcery (star wars ones) and i have followed the video in how to get everything set up. However, when the mods are enabled, i get two messages: Deployment failed and Some mods are redundant. Not sure why i am getting the redundant mod message since this is the first time i have downloaded them. As for the failed one, again, not sure why they have failed.
So Im pretty dumb with this stuff: If the mod staging folder cant be in the game directory, where should i put it then? Keeps saying the folder has to be empty. Do i just create a whole new folder in the same drive?
i'm having an odd issue for some reason Vortex just stopped working with blade and sorcery it looks like i have the mod directory set up right but i attempt to deploy mods and nothing is moving i'm pretty computer coder illiterate but it just seems to have disconnected for some reason
I have been doing project management for a while now and I am always on the lookout for good project management practices, tools, methods etc...
I had read about the nexus methodology a while back but did not give it much thought as that was not something I was looking to incorporate at the time but with recent development within my company, I am now thinking about pitching it to the folks.
But before I do that I would love to hear from those of you who have or had used it and what is your verdict on the same.
I've used something similar to Nexus; the framework for our "Scrum of Scrums" was almost the same, but at the time I had not heard of the Nexus method. Each Scrum team had their own product and sprint backlogs, but they were both pulled from the overall program backlog and the team leaders met daily to coordinate the work. The Scrum teams focused on their own area (front-end, communication layer, edge development, and hardware design and development) but worked together to plan the sprints and ensure all the dependencies were covered.
For Nexus, there a a few questions you should answer before you pitch it to the PMO. First and most important, are your teams currently working in Scrum and performing well? If they are still in the "Forming," "Storming," or "Norming" stage of team development then they my struggle with Nexus. If they are a mix of "Performing" and Norming" then they could be ready for Nexus.
Second, how strong are your Scrum Masters and Product Owners? Do you have good leaders within the Scrum teams and good communication throughout? Nexus requires a high degree of coordination between the teams and with the Scrum Master and PO.
Third, what is the make-up of the Scrum teams? Are they cross functional or specialized in one area? In my case the teams were specialized and the components of the product line were different enough that a software engineer on one team would not necessarily be able to work on the component of a different team because it required a different skill set.
My guess is that you are looking into Nexus because you have good Scrum teams who work on their own section of the product, but they are not coordinating with each other well; possibly because the PO(s) are not coordinating with each other. If this is the case then you will probably also need to do some reorganization of the teams.
Reflecting on your point on if the scrum teams are well-performing... I'd say each team is still trying to find their rhythm maybe I could try introducing the scrum of scrums rather than nexus because the current issue is with communication.

We have maven,p2,raw,npm repos. We need to have local cache of all respective upstream remote repos which are proxied to our local nexus.
Cache should last for 15days (example), and cache should be updated every day for newer artifacts at remote repo.
Thank you for the response. However, the artifacts in the upstream remote repo are being probed by our build applications whenever required. Even then those regularly used artifacts are not cached in our local nexus.
Ah, I think I understand the problem you are having now. I think you should try setting both the contentMaxAge and metadataMaxAge to 0. That should ensure that fresh metadata is fetched from the remote on all requests instead of using a cached version. Many formats will tell the client if something exists or not solely based on the metadata and not by trying to download the artifact directly. Assuming that setting works, you will probably want to put some thought into a small, but non-zero age to avoid every request to nexus having to reach out to the remote.
I've had a Nexus 7 Gen 2 for a couple years now, and recently, the screen has stopped rotating in response to device orientation. Restarting the device used to fix the issue temporarily, but now even that doesn't always work. This also affects tilt functions in various games.

My girlfriend took her bike out for a spin and noticed the coaster brake wasn't working at all. Instead of braking it just back pedals, not like a free hub, but if you back pedal the bike actually moves backwards.
It may be a broken brake shoe, or possibly a broken clutch spring. This usually happens when the axle nuts are not tightened to the correct torque (30Nm), or the wheel is put back on without the non-turn washer.
Take it into a shop that has a Shimano dealer account. If you want to fix it yourself, they can order you the entire internal assembly (it comes in one pre-assembled piece, part #1 on this diagram). Make sure you emasure the length of the old axle, and order the same sized new one. With some minimal work (this link), you can remove the old assembly, pop in the new one, and get your girlfriend back to riding.
Another thing to consider is how, and how much, you are using that hub brake. If you're taking it down hills and riding the hub brake to slow down, you are generating a LOT of heat inside that complex and fragile hub, which will cause warping, melting, brittleness, fatigue, i.e "bad things", so take a good look at the parts your pulling out. It may be that you need to supplement the hub brake with a decent external brake to prevent this from happening in the future.
I tried to install 4 mods, and I am sure I did it correctly. The 4 Mods Were, Perkaholic, Roads_Are_Dangerous_Nazivu, Instant Herb picking and Stay clean longer, get dirty gradually. None of them were working and I am sure I did it right, can someone help me out?
There will be proper mod support later, right now mods are still very risky as we are still updating the game via patches, which is causing problems in the combination with mods, especially if you use savegames from various game versions.
On Mac. There really is something wrong with getting nexus3 to register successfully in cubase 10 or 10.5. Even my friend is getting the same blacklisting after installing nexus 3 and it replacing nexus 2 files in the vst folders
Ok so update. Cubase randomly accepted the nexus 3 plugin and loaded it on the splash screen and started showing the new plugin in all the menus. Works as advertised. After hundreds of uninstalls, reinstalls of nexus 3, blacklisting and 0 luck is just suddenly worked.
