Can't wait to try the falafel recipe, but I really don't like the
strong flavor of cilantro and am wondering if it will ruin the recipe
if I leave it out. Maybe I will just reduce it dramatically, but would
like to know if there are any substitutes I could use to cut down on
the really powerful flavor of the cilantro. Thanks for the great
videos. I'm having lots of fun!

I'm making the falafel tomorrow, so if I don't hear soon, I will give
it a go without the cilantro and maybe add some Italian herbs. I'll
let you know how it works out. Thanks again.

HI Pat,
THanks for the comment. If you really don't like the cilantro, then I
would suggest reducing it by half and replacing that half with parsley
but do not remove the cilantro from the recipe. When it is combined
in the recipe it adds a critical flavor and you would be surprised but
it does not taste very strong b/c when combined with the other
ingredients, it adds another dimension to the falafel. Try reducing
it and let me know how it turns out :)

HAPPY COOKING!
