Hello Dede,

I'm Josette from Malta (a small island in europe) and I am married to to an Egyptian doctor. As you can imagine he loves egyptian and middle eastern food. this week i was searching for some recipies and got know about yopur website. i tried the lobya and the brown rice recipies. my husband loved them. keep it up you helped to improve my cooking :). Dede can you please tell me how to do the molohya and bamya? thank you very much and keep up the good work.

HI Josetter, thank you so much for the nice comments. I will do a
molokhya video and bamya is almost the same as the lobya, just replace
the green bean with the okra and cook it the same way. Try it, you'll
love it as well :)
