fatteh, you can toast the bread ahead of time and store in a plastic
bag, you can also make the sauce ahead of time and store it in a
container. You can prepare the meatballs ahead of time and either
cook them and just reheat them in the pan or you can prepare
everything and just cook the meatballs when you're ready put the dish
together.
