Hello my name is edith and i would like to make chicken and beef kabobs.  how do you make them and how to do season the chicken and meat.  please let me know.

HI Edith,
THanks for your comments. If you want to make kabobs you should use a
fillet cut of red meat or chicken breasts for the chicken. Cut either
into cubes, about 1/2 inch thick. Marinate the meat in seven spices
and olive oil. For the chicken, marinate it in minced garlic, lemon
juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Let them marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. When you
want to put them on the skewers, you can alternate the meat with
onions, tomatoes and green pepper.
Than just grill and enjoy :)
