Yes, you can add another egg white and continue to blend it in the
blender. Sometimes due to the inter-reaction of the ingredients the
recipe does not work. You just have to try it again and it should
work. Sometimes it even does not work with me but I have to try
again. Just remember to give it time in blender to get thick :)
