I made someone elses recipe and it turned out horrible!!! So next
month I'm going to try yours. I tried your garlic sauce/dip/paste and
it's the closest I've come to the taste of La Shish's (I'm from
Michigan). I'll have to do it a few more times to get the consistency
right, however the taste was on point. My question is when you use
chicken insted of beef/lamb is it cooked the same way? And which part
of the chicken do you use? I used chicken breast and it turned out
dry. Should I have used boneless thighs? I know how it's supposed to
taste yet I haven't been able to match the way La Shish did theirs.

Hello,

Thanks for the comments. I'm glad you tried the garlic. Try not to
over cook the chicken if, that usually makes it dry. You can use both
thigh and breast for best results.
