Saw this great idea of using a small funnel to separate egg whites.
Worked wonderfully for the first 5 seconds, but then some of the yolk
oozed into my garlic sauce... i would say about a 1/3 of the yolk. I
didn't want my project to go to waste, so I added another egg white.
Not as thick as yours, smells wonderful, though.

Do you think this sauce is still edible?

It's ok if some of the egg yolk blended in, mayonnaise has egg yolk so
it's kind of like mayonnaise, just make sure to keep it refrigerated.
