I found your web site when researching a recipe for Lebanese spinach pies.

 

I have always loved Middle Eastern food.  I was born in Italy and moved to the US when I was 10 years old.  I am trying to learn to cook Arabic food and have researched several books.

 

I just want to tell you that your recipes are just great.  The spinach pies came out fantastic.  Your variation with the tomatoes is interesting; I have never had them with tomato.
