Just seen your video on Kefta Kabobs. It's great. I ones that I have
had looked like there were dried tomatoes in it. Have you done them
this way, and how would I incorperate them into recipe?

Hello Simz,
I have never heard of Kefta with sun dried tomatoes but it does sound
interesting. I have had Kefta with fresh diced tomatoes and it tastes
great. What you would do is chop up the sun dried or fresh tomatoes
and incorporate about 1/2 cup into my Kefta recipe along with the
other ingredients and cook the same way. Let me know how it turns
out :)
