Hello Dede,
First things first, i love the website and i love your recipes. But i was hoping if i can get the recipe for SAJ dough. Some people told me that its the same dough used for manaeesh but i heard other wise. Can you please send me the recipe so i can try it.

You could use my east dough recipe on my website, but roll out the
dough really thin before cooking on the saj, then store in a plastic
bag to keep tender or leave it out and it will stay crunchy :)
