Curry Sauce

De... i was at a restaurant some years ago and they had what I THOUGHT
was Curry Mayonnaise. But after viewing your Garlic Sauce video,
perhaps it was a home-made sauce like yours. What do you think about
adding curry to this sauce OR do you know of a curry sauce recipe
that's thick like this one?

We don't use a lot of curry in Mediterranean food but you can
definitely add some 7 spices to the garlic sauce or you can mix some 7
spices with tomato sauce and a little bit of cayenne pepper.
