I had posted an issue around two months back and I did not get any response on it. Similarly other recently opened issues have received no/very few comments. Does this means Dedalus is not being actively maintained?

Dear Navdeep,

To start with, sorry we have not responded to your issue. However, I want to say that Dedalus is most certainly being actively maintained and used by a large community.

There is a combination of two things leading to our slower response times. First, we have in the past typically dealt with questions like this on the mailing list rather than via github issues, and second, the development team is currently in the midst of a major push for a new, v3 release. If you look at the github repo, you'll see that under the d3 branch, there is a lot of major activity.

thanks for your patience,

Jeff

Dear Jeff,

Apologies if it came across as if I was complaining, which is not the case. I have been using Dedalus semi-regularly and am pretty happy with it. Thanks a lot for all your efforts. I was not aware of the v3 release and thought that the development had stopped, so I posted a query. It would be nice if you could tell/redirect me about the plans of v3?

P.S. I feel that GitHub issues have a lot more visibility. That's why I posted it there.

Regards,
Navdeep
