chemical reaction in dedalus

I'm trying to add a simple chemical reaction to a demo of incompressible flow in dedalus, the control equations for the chemical reaction are shown below.

I added the equations in dedalus and the source term part will be nonlinear. Can this chemical reaction equation be solved in the framework of dedalus. Thanks a lot for your attention and reply.

Terms of the form kc*cb*ca are nonlinear and so need to be placed on the right-hand side of the equations with the u.grad(ca) terms. Try solving the equations after making that change.
