Registration is open for our upcoming workshop "Parameterizations for Global Dynamical Models in Climatology, Astrophysics, and Planetology", to be held in Les Houches, France, from March 16th to March 21st, 2025.

This workshop will bring together researchers studying fluid mechanics problems relevant to small-scale/fast processes parameterized in global models across disciplines such as atmospheric science, oceanography, planetology, and astrophysics. Our goal is to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation.
Details:
- Fees (include full board from the evening of March 16, 2025, to after lunch on March 21, 2025):
- Regular €540,
- PhD student / postdoc / early-career €270.
- Fee Waivers: Up to 5 fee waivers available upon application.
- Presentation: All participants will present their work as a poster or an oral presentation.
- Capacity: Limited to 70 participants. Special consideration will be given to PhD students, postdocs, early-career researchers, and individuals from underrepresented communities.
Application Deadline: September 15th, 2024. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or rejection by the end of September 2024. Please await formal acceptance before making any travel arrangements.
