notebooks

Hi,

First of all, I unwisely updated my version of ipython, so I couldn't use ipython notebooks anymore.  Turns out ipython version 4 has migrated all the notebook functionality to jupyter...

In any case, it was just pointed out to me that the TC & KH notebook uses old syntax...  Specifically, statements like

v.differentiate(1,vr)

should now be

v.differentiate(1,out=vr)

I checked and all the other notebooks & example problems seem to run properly.

How maddening. I'll fix the KH and TC notebooks on Wednesday. I'll also look into the ipython 4 situation.
