Does Declner work on El Capitan ?

Trying to cnvert to Mac OS 10.11 (El Capitan) when I try to open Decloner it quits unexpectantly. Is there a version that runs on this Mac OS? I have 1.6.2. thanks

WOW impressed with the quick response. Had me try 1.6.1 and it worked. Within a few hours there was a newer build of 1.6.2 that does work on El Capitan. Yhanmks again and such a quick response on a Sunday no less!
