iPhoto Library does not work the add

Using a MBP 10.10.4 and trying to add the photo library, but it does not procces. 

This is what i'm trying to add: 

"Fotos biblioteca.photoslibrary"

Keep in mind with the new update I use Photo app instead of iPhoto.
