Authorization::TestHelper support for MiniTest?

Is there any way to be able to use Authorization::TestHelper with
MiniTest?
I have Rails 3.1 app (ruby 1.9.2) and included
Authorization::TestHelper within my minitest_helper.rb
But I got:
NoMethodError: undefined method `assert_nothing_raised' for [...]
when using #should_not_be_allowed_to
Any ideas or if I am doing anything wrong?
