Then scroll the list of the search box again to see if all the libreoffice packages are deselected / selected for removal, if you find any of them still not deselected / selected for removal, select them, and continue to remove them until all are removed (in testing environments it was necessary no more than 3 of these steps).

After you have uninstalled all the packages and the above command returns an error about missing modules or libraries (or just hangs without releasing your prompt), you could try to see if LibreOffice left anything behind: To ensure the cleanest possible removal of a previous installation of LibreOffice, you can optionally also execute the following commands in a terminal window, and then manually delete any remaining files discovered:

libreoffice download linux terminal

DOWNLOAD ››››› https://t.co/9JPuVyCO3N

Within the new directory, you'll find yet another directory, named RPMS. Change into that directory. Once inside that directory, right-click on any empty spot and select Open in Terminal from the popup menu. Once the terminal opens, issue the following command to install the software:

Once the command completes, you can close the terminal and delete both the downloaded .tar.gz file and the LibreOffice folder in Downloads. Search for the software in your desktop menu and you should see LibreOffice 7.5 listed.

Three step solution (if you don't want / can't use unoconv): use libreoffice --print-to-file to a temporary file + lpr of the file + delete the temporary file (unfortunatelly libreoffice still doesn't support printing to stdout):

I am running a code on a particular core and am monitoring the cache misses in that particular core every second when my code is running. I can redirect that output to a .txt file. I wanted to know if it is possible to redirect the output to a libreoffice excel file which will allow me to generate a graph easily.

For US-English, there is no libreoffice-l10n-en-us package as it is the default language. Spelling, hyphenation, thesaurus (synonyms) and help files still have to be installed:
sudo apt install hunspell-en-us hyphen-en-us mythes-en-us libreoffice-help-en-us

You may want to install additional icon themes. The new Colibre theme is installed by default. You could install all available icon themes with the following command (not recommended):
sudo apt install libreoffice-style*

The themes HiContrast, Industrial and Oxygen do not include SVG variants of the icons and are not actively maintained. Karasa Jaga was introduced as an alternative to Oxygen.
sudo apt install libreoffice-style-karasa-jaga

Therefore, I can't simply enter normal sudo commands because this terminal doesn't seem to speak that language. Let's start with the Brave Browser; someone tip me off how to download and install that.

brave choice comming from linux mint to garuda ... but the wisest... nothing is better than archlinux and specially garuda... lot to learn with a somewhat easy path... i am using linux for last 3years now but still alot to learn... top priority patience

Kali Linux is one of the most famous distros for hacking and penetration testing, but it does not come with office software. Thus, we can install LibreOffice on Kali Linux using only one terminal command, if needed.

If you want your output to preserve the formatting and other properties, then you will have use other tools. Another similar tool you can try is oooPy, though I must admit, I have never used it! Also not sure if it works with latest version of libreoffice.
