Google notifies you at your contact email address when there is important information that you need to know about your Google Account or the products you use, such as YouTube. By default, Google uses your Google Account email for contacting you unless you add a contact email.

Do you plan to use your new email address for personal or work correspondence? Make sure to register a user name that reflects this intention. Your nickname might be fine for family or friends, but your first and last name or the name of your business is probably better when you set up an email account for professional purposes.

I have reached out to our developers to find out why you might be unable to sign up with your .org email address. They said there is a high chance that the mailbox provider incorrectly reports to a third-party email verification software that the given inbox does not exist on the domain.
The workaround you have followed works because upon changing the email address, we are the ones who send the verification email instead of the third party software.

Hello, so Im trying to change my accounts email adress, however it seems to not be possible.
Whenever I change it in settings I get a message saying the email change has been accepted; however it wont change in my account settings.
I tired to log out and then log in with the new email but then Im told thats an unregistrated email.
(I have a Edu Standard license if that helps)
Does this mean I am legit unable to change email adress? If that is the case I will lose access to my Prezi account as my old email will soon be discontinued.

Hello, I have the same problem. Have you solved it yet? I have my old university email and now as a university teacher I have another and I need it to change it and upgrade my account. But I cant upgrade the account without email confirmation and I cant confirm it because of old email address. So funny. and customer support I can`t contact without having to pay a mounthly fee. So what to do?

I would like to migrate my student account to my new university email (I have changed universities for grad school). However, I no longer have access to my old university email account. Do I just have to set up a new student account, and assume I will lose my old presentations?

Ideally, when a record is submitted via form I would like the email address they entered to be automatically added to the "User" field as a user so that they can then receive a link to access the Interface that shows their results. This is the use case 90%+ of the time.

Is there an easy way to make this happen? I seem to have figured out how I could automatically add a Base team member thru automations, but that is limited to our team and I can't figure out how to add an external user with an email address outside our domain if it's possible.
