We’re excited to announce the upcoming
2nd Workshop on Choice and Welfare for PhD and early career researchers, to be held on the
2nd of March, 2026, at
Queen Mary University of London, with support from the Institute for New Economic Thinking’s Young Scholars Initiative.
We welcome theoretical and empirical contributions seeking to incorporate insights from behavioural and experimental economics into economic theory. Submissions from choice and decision theory, behavioural and experimental economics, social choice and welfare theory, and behavioural game theory are especially encouraged.
The workshop will feature a keynote speech given by
Professor Robert Sugden (University of East Anglia). There will be no parallel sessions.
Shared accommodation, as well as partial travel stipends, will be provided for all speakers if needed. There are no registration fees.
