Hi again, 

Pavel Ilinov has kindly let me know that the main result of the paper I posted yesterday appeared already in Hobson (1969). Although our results are more general and the supported axioms different, the main message of the paper is the same. Therefore, my paper belongs to the archive of unpublishable papers.
