Kindly prepare the following modules for mid term examination;

2. Design of Experiments (DOE) and Paper Helicopter Lab

4. Articles:  The balanced scorecard, customer intimacy and other value disciplines and the chapter of book (Project Value: The source of all quantitative measures).

The time duration of mid term is 1.5 hours. In remaining 1.5 hours, we will do the KJ-Shiba exercise. The file containing information of KJ-Shiba has been attached along with. Thank you.
