Environmental Technology & Management are central components to improve the environmental performance by bridging the gap between the economy and the environment and integrating social aspects in the development processes.

This Master-Program is particularly adapted to the needs and duties of the environmental professionals in the Arab world and aims to prepare future technical staff and decision-makers in both public and private sectors for analyzing and acting in an environmentally proactive manner in relation with policies, production processes and resources utilization.

The program combines both theory and practice and covers the most urgent issues for development based on real life experiences.

Therefore, this unique program will enable students to:

§          Become aware of the most pressing environmental issues and challenges

§          Master useful and efficient tools for managing environmental issues in a practical and effective manner

§          Gain and develop modern managerial skills

§          Develop practical experience and know-how from the field

§          Have exposure to international experiences

Held at Princess Sumaya University for Technology and Royal Scientific Society (Jordan), this international program will be held in four semesters (2 – year program) starting in March, 2009. Classes will be held in evenings in order to allow professionals to take part in this master program.
