Title: Online Network Management Course
A network is a powerful mechanism for sharing information and knowledge. It also enables the establishment and reinforcement of the communication channels and collaborative action to ensure achieving the goals and objectives of a joint action.
To become familiar with methods and instruments for managing a formal network, SKAT and sba designed an Online Network Management Course. The purpose of the course is building on the conceptual and methodological understanding of network management by strengthening management and communication skills of network practitioners.
The course addresses in particular networking practitioners, as well as other professionals wishing to acquire a better understanding of formal networks and to strengthen their skills for managing networks. This includes, managers, staff from non-profit-organisations, from development organisations, from multilateral organisations, from universities and research organisations.
The course will start on January 19 and will last until the 29 of March 2009. It is designed for a group of approximately 25 participants. As a selection process will take place, candidates are requested to fill out a registration form and send it including an updated CV and a motivation letter by 29 of October 2008.
