Best Facebook Status Rants

Not a rant fic, mind you, but a plain rant, one that you could find on a personal Facebook or Tumblr account. Is it allowed? It's not a fic, it's just a user talking bad about a character (on their tag). It's 600 words of "this charcter did this and that so they're bad".
Shall I report it? I'm on AO3 to read fanfictions, not to see people rants filling the already scarce list of fic for certain characters. I don't think it's fair for those who take time and effort to write fanfictions to have their space invaded by someone who just wrote a facebook rant and posted it pretending it's a fanfiction.
If the goal is to spread anger and resentment, then social media rants are the way to go. If the goal is to work together better and improve our community, then a conversation is the best place to start.
