Mary Grace W spoke at the City Commission meeting Monday night,
11/16/09, because Soren was ill. In her usual diplomatic style, she
mentioned the preliminary report by the City Staff had glossed over
some details which were very important. She encouraged the staff to to
be very diligent in research this matter, and offered to provide some
expert contacts.
