Outrageous water bill on Lockwood Terrace

Our bill shot up from the usual $76 to $278 for the second bill period
in a row.
I have read that the previous inaccurate water meters were replaced
with new accurate meters but this is simply ridiculous!
Anyone else experiencing sky-high water bills? If so is anyone
actively looking for a solution to the problem?
